ComSTAR CARE ℠ will bring your Wireless back up to “Factory New” condition.

During the upcoming football season if any component fails, due to manufacturer error, Porta Phone will swap out a replacement part just as if the system was under original warranty. Subsequent damage or malfunctioning due to misuse will be charged as normal.

Here’s the Game Plan:

    • Call Porta Phone first and request a price quote. 1 (800) 233-1113.
    • Cost is based on the # of headsets / coaches on your system.
    • Porta Phone will email a prepaid Fedex Ground shipping label to get the ball rolling.
    • Available anytime in the Off-season, even as soon as November.
    • During the season additional express shipping charges may be required.

Complete form & include it with your equipment!

Includes:

  • A prepaid Fedex Ground label for system return to our factory through May.
  • Retuning digital frequency on base station and all headsets & transceivers.
  • Replace any components necessary.
  • Replace of any worn padding.
  • Replace all system batteries and spare batteries.
  • Check frequency response of all microphones.
  • Check and rework soldering of connectors.
  • Check and rework all connectors.
  • Test battery charger and AC Plug, replace as needed.
  • FREE ground shipping back to your school.**

** If possible, simply send your system in its carrying case. 

Secure the handle with a zip tie, and affix Fedex label to case.

Fedex & UPS preferred to:

(US Mail arrives late in the day, and is not preferable for repairs.)
