Porta Phone is the sole source repair center for our own brand of wireless equipment. No other company, including two-way radio repair shop or sporting goods dealer has the capability to service our systems.
Not only do they not have the replacement parts (microphones, padding, etc.), the digital tuning test fixtures reside exclusively in the Porta Phone factory.
We are not responsible for damage due to repairs performed by any other vendor that pretends to be a service arm of the Porta Phone Company.
